For the last exhibition in its walls in Brussels, the gallery mhaata brings together modern and contemporary tapestries and invites the sculptor Marie Hélène Poux to present some ceramics in dialogue with these tapestries.
The contemporary tapestries offered are the work of the Ukrainian artist Roman Minin currently residing in Belgium and the duo Tis Kaoru Zamler-Carhart & Vitaly Zamler, in their workshops in New York and more recently in Brussels. Within this exhibition, an exceptional tapestry by the Greek artist Mario Prassinos, created in 1959 and woven in Aubusson by the Suzanne Goubely workshop.
